A plan, to be developed by the Applicant and submitted to the City Administrator for approval, which identifies specific actions necessary to maintain the site to ensure its compliance with the City Code and the Comprehensive Plan principles, and may include such requirements as driveway, sidewalk and hardscape removal, trimming and removal of vegetation, planting of vegetation, and overall maintenance of the site to ensure compatibility and consistency with the neighborhood, and to ensure the aesthetic compatibility with the neighborhood.
