A Concurrent Construction Project is Construction for which a valid building permit exists at the same time as a valid building permit for at least one other Construction that is located within five-hundred linear feet (500 LF) and on the same or an abutting street, as measured along the street(s) in each direction from the subject property. Construction that has already commenced as the only Construction within five hundred linear feet (500 LF) and is still involved in Construction activities shall become classified as a Concurrent Construction Project at the time that a valid building permit is issued for another Construction within five hundred linear feet (500 LF) on the same or an abutting street, at which time all of the Concurrent Construction Project requirements shall become applicable. Construction activities that commenced prior to April 10, 2018 shall not become a Concurrent Construction Project. For purposes of this definition only, all references to “valid building permit” shall mean a building permit issued by the City for a duration of three (3) months or longer. [Ord. 1609, 03-07-22.]
