A. In subdistrict R-1(10), the minimum net lot area shall be ten thousand square feet (10,000 sq. ft.) and the minimum mean width of the lot shall be eighty feet (80') or the width of the platted lot which constitutes the major portion of said lot, whichever is the smaller, and the minimum mean depth of the lot shall be one hundred twenty feet (120').

B. In subdistrict R-1(16), the minimum lot area shall be the total area of the platted lot which constitutes the major portion of said lot or a minimum net lot area of sixteen thousand square feet (16,000 sq. ft.), whichever is the greater, and the minimum mean width of the lot shall be one hundred feet (100') and the minimum mean depth of the lot shall be one hundred twenty feet (120').

C. In subdistrict R-1(20), the minimum lot area shall be the total area of the platted lot which constitutes the major portion of said lot or a minimum net lot area of twenty thousand square feet (20,000 sq. ft.), whichever is the greater, and the minimum mean width of the lot shall be one hundred feet (100') and the minimum mean depth of the lot shall be one hundred sixty feet (160').

D. In subdistrict R-1(25), the minimum lot area shall be the total area of the platted lot which constitutes the major portion of said lot or a minimum net lot area of twenty-five thousand square feet (25,000 sq. ft.), whichever is the greater, and the minimum mean width of the lot shall be one hundred ten feet (110') and the minimum mean depth of the lot shall be one hundred eighty feet (180').

E. In subdistrict R-1(30), the minimum lot area shall be the total area of the platted lot which constitutes the major portion of said lot or a minimum net lot area of thirty thousand square feet (30,000 sq. ft.), whichever is the greater, and the minimum mean width of the lot shall be one hundred twenty feet (120') and the minimum mean depth of the lot shall be two hundred feet (200').

F. In subdistrict R-1(E1), the minimum lot area shall be the total area of the platted lot which constitutes the major portion of said lot or a minimum net lot area of one (1) acre, whichever is the greater, and the minimum mean width of the lot shall be one hundred fifty feet (150') and the minimum mean depth of the lot shall be two hundred fifty feet (250').

G. In subdistrict R-1(E2), the minimum lot area shall be the total area of the platted lot which constitutes the major portion of said lot or a minimum net lot area of two (2) acres, whichever is the greater and the minimum mean width of the lot shall be two hundred feet (200') and the minimum mean depth of the lot shall be two hundred seventy-five feet (275').
