Any person, official or governmental agency dissatisfied with any order or determination of the Board may bring an action in the District Court of Johnson County, Kansas, to determine the reasonableness of any such order or determination. Such appeal shall be filed within thirty (30) days of the final decision of the Board. A decision of the Board shall not be a final decision until the Board adopts a resolution setting forth its decision in writing. [Ord. 1267, 09-14-09.]
