An Accessory Structure, no more than four inches (4") above the ground, the main body of which shall be no wider than five feet (5') (excluding flares which extend outward from the main body to connect or merge into another Structure, stairs and required landings), made of pavers or pervious/impervious concrete, asphalt, or hardened sand, and designed to facilitate the movement of pedestrians to or from the Principal Building or other Structures on the property, or to or from adjoining properties; provided that any such Accessory Structure that effectively serves as or enlarges a Deck, Patio, or similar Structure, or any Structure surrounding a Pool shall not be considered a Walkway.
