Anything constructed, erected, or installed which requires location on the ground or attached to something having a location on the ground, including, but not limited to, Buildings; Accessory Structures; Artificial Turf; Pools and pool equipment; Patios; Decks; Walkways; Outdoor Recreational Facilities; Fences; Walls; Retaining Walls; Driveways; Antennas; any solid pad to support placement of decorative items, Art, and heating, cooling and ventilation equipment, or other equipment; and any apparatus to be used for the purpose of locating, drilling or establishing a gas or oil well. The term “Structure” does not include Art (except as otherwise provided in the definition thereof), Play Equipment (except as otherwise provided in the definition thereof), Signs allowed under Article 14 of this Chapter V, plant materials (trees, flowers, shrubs, sod and similar materials), or decorative borders not exceeding one foot (1') above ground level in height.
