A meeting between a property owner and/or property owner’s Architect/builder and the Professional Review Panel which takes place during the waiting period prior to the public hearing before the ARB on a Substantial Construction Matter (other than a Pool or Outdoor Recreational Facility). The purpose of the Plan Review Conference is to review the application to make certain that all items required by the ARB Checklist under Section 5-1026.A.2 have been satisfied and to discuss compliance of the application with the required findings in Section 5-146 and the factors to be examined under Section 5-147.
