Specific regulations establishing authorized uses and limitations of use for the above listed use districts are given in Sections 5-112 to 5-126 hereof, inclusive. No buildings or structures shall be erected, moved, altered, enlarged or used in said districts which are arranged, intended or designed for other than one of the authorized uses in the district in which the building or proposed building is located, nor shall any such building exceed the height or area limitation herein established for said district, nor shall the lot area be reduced or diminished so that the yards or other open spaces shall be smaller than prescribed for said district nor shall the density of population be increased in any manner except in conformity with the Comprehensive Plan and with the area regulations established for said district.
