5-118. District R-1 One-Family Dwelling District Use Regulations; Lot Size (Ls).
Parcels with total area equivalent to the following ranges shall be classified accordingly for certain minimum yard and setback requirements established in this section.
A. LS-1: actual total area of lot is less than sixteen thousand square feet (16,000 sq. ft.).
B. LS-2: actual total area of lot is between sixteen thousand square feet (16,000 sq. ft.) and nineteen thousand nine hundred ninety-nine square feet (19,999 sq. ft.).
C. LS-3: actual total area of lot is between twenty thousand square feet (20,000 sq. ft.) and twenty-four thousand nine hundred ninety-nine square feet (24,999 sq. ft.).
D. LS-4: actual total area of lot is between twenty-five thousand square feet (25,000 sq. ft.) and twenty-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine square feet (29,999 sq. ft.).
E. LS-5: actual total area of lot is between thirty thousand square feet (30,000 sq. ft.) and forty-three thousand five hundred fifty-nine square feet (43,559 sq. ft. or just less than one (1) acre).
F. LS-6: actual total area of lot is between forty-three thousand five hundred sixty square feet (43,560 sq. ft., or one (1) acre) and eighty-seven thousand one hundred nineteen square feet (87,119 sq. ft., or just less than two (2) acres).
G. LS-7: actual total area of lot is greater than eighty-seven thousand one hundred twenty square feet (87,120 sq. ft., or two (2) acres). [Ord. 1267, 09-14-09.]
